4. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not yet form a binding contract
  • A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues
  • If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days

  • Commerce Boutique does not store your full card details at any point

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is to UK addresses only
  • Estimated delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery
  • Legal ownership (title) of goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment
