Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our website, select your item and size, and click "Add to Bag". Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly. Contact us immediately at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk or call +44 20 3987 9654. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make changes. Once dispatched, you will need to use our return process.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.

Sizing & Products

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your product images accurate? We photograph all products under professional lighting to represent colours and textures as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

Are your items in stock? Items shown as "In Stock" are available for immediate dispatch. If an item sells out while in your basket, you will be notified at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this on the courier's website to follow your parcel in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How long does my refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item is faulty? Contact us within 30 days of purchase at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk with photos of the fault. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and manage returns.

How is my data used? Please read our full Privacy Policy for complete details on how we collect, use, and protect your data in line with UK GDPR.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk and we will remove you within 48 hours.
