Overview

At Commerce Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear, hassle-free return and refund process that is fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Return

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. At Commerce Boutique, we offer a 30-day return window.

  • Damaged items: 30 days from delivery — refund or exchange
  • Wrong item received: 30 days — free return plus full refund

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within the applicable return window
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached and be in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation email or receipt
  • Not fall under non-returnable categories (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and include your RA number inside the parcel
  4. Ship the item to: 2 Battle Bridge Ln, London SE1 2HD, United Kingdom
  5. We recommend using a tracked delivery service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the full return shipping cost
  • Change of mind or unwanted item: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Exchange requests: Outbound shipping on the replacement item is free

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — processing times vary
