Overview

Commerce Boutique ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We aim to process all orders quickly and keep you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a business day are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A dispatch confirmation with tracking details is sent once your order ships

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 

  • Order Cutoff time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days
  • Flat rate £6.99 orders under £169.00
  • Free shipping orders over £169.01

Express Delivery:

  • 1–3 business days — £12.99

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sale events.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If no one is available, a delivery card will be left with instructions to rearrange or collect from a local depot
  • Parcels not collected or rearranged within 7 days may be returned to us
  • In this case, a re-delivery fee will apply before we resend your order

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Commerce Boutique cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item
  2. Email us at contact@commerceboutique.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund
